Occupational Therapist Assistant –  Per diem positions available serving Providence, Kent, Newport and Bristol Counties. Under administrative direction of the Rehabilitation Supervisor, provides occupational therapy services to patients in the home care setting.  Provides occupational therapy, treatment and instruction to the home care patient.  The Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide patient care in accordance with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Standards of Practice, AOTA’s Guide for Professional Conduct and the AOTA’s Code of Ethics.

Registered Nurse – Homecare
Full time, part time and per diem positions available serving Providence, Kent, Newport and Bristol Counties. Provides skilled professional nursing care in the home care setting as prescribed by the physician. Gives care in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety for the patient and family. Must be registered as a professional nurse in Rhode Island. Massachusetts license must be obtained within one year of employment.

Registered Nurse – Hospice
Per diem positions available. Provides skilled professional nursing care in the home care setting in accordance with the National Association of Hospice and Palliative Care standards and as prescribed by the physician. Gives care in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety for the patient and family. Must be registered as a professional nurse in Rhode Island.

Certified Nursing Assistant
Full time, part time and per diem positions available serving Providence, Kent, Newport and Bristol Counties. Assists patient with personal care according to the plan of care developed by the case manager following state and agency guidelines. Observes, records and reports vital signs and other data as requested in the care plan. Assists patient with ambulation and transfers when appropriate. Performs homemaking services that are essential to the patient’s care at home. Must be registered as a CNA in Rhode Island.  Massachusetts license must be obtained within one year of employment.

Physical Therapist
Full time, part time and per diem positions available serving Providence, Kent, Newport and Bristol Counties. Provides direct physical therapy services to patients in the home care setting. Determines priority needs for physical therapy services depending on potential for benefit, diagnostic category, age and chronicity of condition. Provides physical therapy evaluation and instruction to nursing staff. Must be registered as a professional Physical Therapist in Rhode Island. Massachusetts licensure must be obtained within one year of employment.
