All Employees over 20 hours per week are entitled to Benefits, pro-rated according to their full time or part time status.

Cigna – Group life iInsurance 1x annual salary $50,000 max. (100% paid by agency)

Guardian – Group AD&D, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability (100% paid by agency)

AFLAC – Supplemental coverages such as Life, Accident, Cancer Care and Vision Now.

Vacation, Sick Personal Days and Health Alternative are based on full time 40hr/wk status and pro-rated for part time.

Management and Professional Staff : 20 per year 1-4; 23 per year 5-8; 25 per year 9+

Para Professional & Admin Support Staff:  10 per year 1-4; 15 per year 5-15; 20 per year 16-20;25 per year 21+

Carry over up to 40 hours @ year end

Days per year: 12 (Max out at 960 hours or 120 days)

Days per year: 11, includes 1 floating holiday
